We only use strictly necessary cookies until you make a choice in our cookie banner. You can accept or reject optional cookies by category (analytics, marketing and live chat) and change your mind at any time using the link in the footer.
Visitor identification (analytics)
If you accept analytics cookies, we record the pages you visit on this site and use your IP address to look up the country you are in and, where the address belongs to a business network, the name of that organisation. We do this to understand which businesses are interested in our products and to follow up with them. We do not store your raw IP address: we keep only a one-way hashed version. For the company lookup, the address is held in encrypted form for a few minutes and then deleted. We do not run company lookups for visitors located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. If you reject analytics cookies, none of this happens.
Marketing
If you accept marketing cookies, we measure Google Ads conversions and calls, and remember which ad or campaign brought you to the site so we can tell where enquiries come from. If you decline, enquiries are recorded with the source “Direct / unknown”.
Forms
When you send us a message, request a quote or join our email list, we keep the details you provide so we can reply and, if you ask, send you offers. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
